Happy St. Patty's Day!

Since my name is Erin I think it's mandatory that I post something each St. Patrick's Day. I won't be doing any traditional celebrating; eating corned beef and cabbage (yum!), drinking Guinness (yuck!), or even having Irish soda bread (not sure how it tastes, I've never had it, but remember, butter makes everything taste better). I am wearing green though. Jeff got me a shamrock plant to keep at work.

I thought it was very sweet. Let's just see how long it takes me to kill it. I do work with some green-thumbs so maybe, as a collected effort, we can keep it alive until next St. Patricks Day. Next year St. Patrick's Day falls on a weekend. I'm going to attempt to make green eggs and green pancakes.
