Skip to the Pretty Stuff

The house is coming along and I finally feel like we are working on things that show a visible improvement on the inside. Several rooms have been painted, and primed and painted, the new flooring has been purchased and delivered, and the yard looks totally different from closing day. As much as we've done there's still a ton to do and all I want to do is decorate. I want to buy pretty, clean, new things to decorate our first ever house. I bought this print off Etsy today

I've always wanted to learn fencing and I think my mom took fencing in college and who doesn't love technical/illustration art work? I also want to buy this print from my friend Dylan.

I think it would look fantastic in a dark, rustic wood frame. In the kitchen there is a rather nasty stain on the counter that my mother has been attacking each time she visits with various cleaners. It's getting smaller but will not disappear. I think this would be a perfect cover-up.

I have numerous yards of fabric waiting to cover cheap furniture, duvet covers that I can't afford but lust after, lamps, pillows, blankets, curtains; I want and need it all!
