Mirror, Mirror...

...on the wall, which mirror is the prettiest of them all (or, of the two I've had)? The answer is the new one I bought from IKEA to replace this cheap furniture store purchase.
Do you notice the wooden skewers at the bottom right? I taped them there to keep the mirror in an upright position. A few months after purchase it began to tilt in an angle that showed the ceiling. I've wanted this Mongstad mirror for about 2 years.
When I first saw it at IKEA it was $99 but has been $129 for many months. I decided to bite the bullet a few weeks ago (the same trip where I purchased all those glorious white frames) and just pay the $129 rather than keep waiting for a sale. The mirror is huge so when Jeff and I were standing in front of it we agreed that it would just swallow the space in the room. So we went with this Hemnes mirror instead.
Similar look, still taller than me, but $50 cheaper. I think it's really pretty and a huge improvement.

The floor lamp was purchased at IKEA the same time I got my little grey chair. It was only about $25 dollars for the stand and whimsical shade. You might notice the exercise equipment to the right of the mirror (the little circle thing). It's a huge piece of equipment that has NEVER been used. It does however provide a convenient spot for hanging clothes.
